Just curious why you reduced the pipe diameter so much?
I didn't reduce anything I just cut the cat portion out of the exhaust, welded those two ends together and extended the exhaust and it has back pressure and runs fantastic.

Must be the picture...Sure looks like the last 12-16 inches of pipe are only 2" diameter with a reducer bell off the head pipe collector
It's an experiment at this point, like I said it's the cat portion completely removed and just butted the two ends together and the pipe was lengthened as to match the proper length for the slip on. And yes, so far it runs great but like a friggin idiot I get it all put back together and I turn around and look on my bench and there sat the new exhaust caskets!
So now I have to go back out in the garage and pull the exhaust off (but with less dis assembly, be half hour to 45 minutes spent REDOING ****! But hey, could be worse things in life to do, I'll just stop complaining about having to work on my bike!
