Guns 'N Roses Appetite For Destruction-Rolling Stone Magazine recently did a cover story on it being the 20th anniversary of the album's release and it's strong influence on rock music

The inspiration for the song came from a cheap wine called "Nightrain" that the band used to drink when they were getting their start.

Whao I loved the Nightrain the first time ,I saw it in my buddy's garage his is the millenium edtidtion I believe .It was the first year they came out in 99 he still has it with 6500km on it.mine is a 07 with 7500km on it lol.I was a huge GnR fan in the day till it fell apart and slash went on his own.I always wondered if that song was linked to the bike and now .I know the history .Thanks for the history lesson .

That tank emblem is def. nice. As for the GnR/Harley relation. Check my avatar. I searched long and hard for Night Train in the stores. Near impossible at least in the north east. I had to order it from several states away, and they were sold out when I did. It took a few weeks, but I got a whole case. More for conversational pieces. The crap was dirt cheap though!
