do not buy the fatboy kit.. buy the pieces separately that you need..
cowbells and lowers and then the nacelle kit with the adapter if you have an 07(look in the details of the nacelle kit) has a part number.. not the one part below the nacelle kit... you can also do the light bar kit, you will need the aux light kit or the fatboy kit .. one thing the aux light kit wont fit with the stock back plate of the fatboy at least the 07 one.. so you need the fatboy light kit if u don't go the nacelle kit.
then you can add the T/S relocation (to the aux light kit) which is nice
you can get an axle nut cover of your choice
... the fatboy kit for the front end..the forks.. has a few things in it you most likely wont use.. so its a waste
so buy individually
you will also need to fork seals (2) and two new fork screws for the back(where u drain the fork oil) with washers
and a nice fork seal installer will help.... georges garage here sells em or u can do it the PVC way..
Warg, my question is about the back of the bike. What size tire to you have on it and is thatthe stock tank?
The tire is the stock size for pre 07 models, I believe it's a 150mm. The tank is the stocker.
Thanks vertigo14, very good info. I will just buy everything serparately. I am leaning towards having the lower fork legs, etc. installed by a pro. I will do the nacelle and light bar myself, but not sure I want to mess with the mid and lower legs.
