Acrylic Windshield Scratches
This is a new acrylic windshield that I mounted and scratched up on the table when putting it on the frame (Heritage Classic). So was a bit miffed that I wasn't careful. Searched youtube and found a video of this guy who buffed them out.I tried "Meguiar's M110 Mirror Glaze Ultra Pro Finishing Polish" and after that 15-20 minutes using a random orbital tool to buff out "no joy." I still have scratches in my acrylic windshield. OK, better go with M210 was my best guess. First pass didn't really make any difference. I probably used M210 3-4 times (let dry 5 min in-between). Anybody have luck with removing scratches?

I have a Clearview windshield on my King , got a nice scratch across it with a shammy cloth , small stone I would guess . Before I ordered a new one , I used a small orbital polisher and some Maquires scratch x , took 15 min and the scratch was gone , turned out great . From what I understand , the clearview doesn't have a coating , so maybe that's why it worked for me . I would check and see if your windshield has a protective coating , if not , this might be worth a shot .
