Default Needing diagnostic help

I installed an air ride kit. Took me 3 days or so total. I had my battery out that whole time. When I put in a new lithium battery and tried to start it. It won’t run. Gives me the BUSSErr.
under the Sp in the DTC gives a U1301.

I have the Harley upgraded speedo/tach combo. Have any of you ever seen it lose its program? I still ha r the original cable that comes with it to program it to the ECU.

ive done all sorts of test as in unplugging each device to get the busserr to clear. I read these in the electrical diagnostic test manual.

do you of your have experience troubleshooting this? I’d rather do it myself than take to a dealer.
