I've got a huge problem!I have a 99 softail that has been sitting around for a while (2 yrs). I've decided to get it up and running again. I got it started and it had oil preasure.I changed the oil and filter and went to start the bike but the oil light stays lit. I got plenty oil in the tank but whenI removed the new filter it has no oil in it. Am I missing something?

 

sounds like your oil pump lost its prime. Im not really sure how to re prime it but im sure if you look in the do it your self section you can figure it out.
