Id be more concerned about an 8 year old bike with so few miles.
- is that really the mileage
- was it maintained on the time scale rather than mileage
- what is the condition of all the rubber components.
- if they are the original tires they should be replaced based upon age.
1 paint or clearcoat blob, where it isnt visible, wouldnt be very high on my concern list.
Oh yeah, an 8 year old bike is not almost new.
I agree an 8-year-old bike is not almost new But, 160 miles on a Harley is right at the fetus stage.
