Default Luggage rack question

I bought a HD #57318-04 (chrome) luggage rack from a private party, new condition, never installed with the hardware. Included was a set of foam "gaskets" or probably an anti rattle strips. They are odd sized, and no obvious way to install/mount them, without them hanging out...Does any one happen to have a copy of the installation instructions to guide me as to where to put these?
Thanks in advance!

Maybe after the install, they are trimmed. A lot of the HD parts are multi fit so sometimes there's a few extra parts in the kit or something that needs slight modification.

If you live near a dealer, go by there and ask the parts guys to print you out a copy of the instructions.

Instructions attached. The foam gaskets actually go over the 2 bottom screw heads on the sissy bar. It is not real clear in the instructions but simple enough. If still not clear post another question and I will try to explain.

That is awesome! Thanks so much. I hope I can return a favor some day, I keep all of my install instructions.

Just put a rack on last week. The padding strips keep you from banging the bottom of the sissy bar edges on your fender if you are using quick disconnect sideplates. I peeled the cutout holes of from the pads, didn't need to, stuck em back on there sort of.
