2017 softail won't start

2017 softail won't start
I have a trouble code B2116 Fuel output open, ive changed out the check valve and line assembly in the tank (which was broken) and still nothing. Bike will turn over but wont seem to try and fire up. Though maybe it could be the fuel pump or possible clogged fuel injectors??

You have an electrical concern if you have that DTC. You possibly have an open between your fuel pump relay and the pcm. Clogged fuel injectors won,t give you an electrical DTC. Follow the steps to repair that code. Does the fuel pump prime when you hit the run button? If it doesn't, that's a problem.
