Default 2000 Fatboy wheels on a 94 Fatboy
Hey guys I have a 94 Fatboy and was thinking about putting some solid Wheels off a 2000 Fatboy and was just wondering if that was possible or did they change in 2000

I think it's a different bearing size (possibly)
2000 is the year they went to sealed bearings

Default Sealed bearing wheels on a 94 Fatboy
So I have a 94 Fatboy but I found a badass set of wheels I want but there sealed bearings where mine are timken is it an easy fit or a pain to put the sealed bearing wheels on my bike thank u in advance

Easy fit. But do you have a mechanical speedo? If so you will. Loose the speedo drive for it.

But if you don't or don't care, use the spacers for a 2000-2005 Fatboy.

2000 has 4 piston calipers and a different brake rotor, probably still works but be informed.

^The difference in brake calipers won't affect the wheel change as they use the same rotor size. He said he is just changing wheels

Pretty sure the 4 piston rotor is slightly larger. Again, it will work but something he needs to know. I run 4 piston calipers on the single piston rotors, works fine.

The bolt pattern is also different, so you need the rotor that matches the year of the wheel, not bike.

.. same diameter and bolt pattern. It's the center "locator" hole size that changed
