Shotgun Shock Contact?
All is well at this point...finally made contact..
This is not a post to complain but has anyone been in recent contact with Shotgun Shock? I spoke with them, Sara actually close to 3 weeks ago and arranged sending my Shock to them for a rebuild. I confirmed receipt on their end but since then have not been able to get anyone to let me know the status of getting them back. Their Voicemail says it's full and no replies to emails either. Maybe they are at a bike rally?
Not much more riding season left here in NY....
