Here are some links that I have in my notes. Also, you can just go to your local HD dealer and talk with them to look it up for you. Might as well buy it while there - if they have it. Yes, after making sure it was clean and all, got nothing on terminals. Plus the sound is different. I've already checked the followings; CKP, ignition coil, BAS and TSSM. In all I get a reading on my multimeter.

Are you saying you can't find an aftermarket equivalent or you don't know the part number you need?
Per the online parts finder, you need HD part #32707-00B
Have you tried going to your dealer?
You can try an online HD parts vendor. They don't usually stock items but drop ship them from the MoCo. If the item is back ordered and/or when it is expected to become available, you won't know at the time of the online order unless you call them first...

I haven't tried HD, they were gonna be my last option, since the HD here do over price from other HD. But if I get the part # for the camshaft position sensor (CMP) I'll order myself.

Not sure I understand what you mean by "Plus the sound is different" - a failed sensor would not change anything in the sound of start attempt or while running if it was an intermittent failure ?

My bad, I miss read your post, I thought you were looking for the crank position sensor...
The cam position sensor is in the pic I provided as #9, part #32794-00.
That pic is for a 2000 FXSTD
