As I’ve been saying for many years on here and other sites stay away from DNA. Seen to many guys I know go down that road. Their chrome process is hit and miss. I’ve seen some good looking ones new but the luster never lasts. To me spoke wheels from Ride Wright and Black BikeWheels are the two best.
I agree, I should've listened to the many bad reviews, but I'm a little over the top when it comes to detailing my bike and truck so I thought I could beat them. Lesson learned. RW's will be my next.

$600+ a wheel isn't that cheap, and the price certainly doesn't constitute shitty customer service and bailing on a warranty.
This is pretty much relative. Really depends on how hard $600 is to come by. Don't get me wrong it's a nice piece of change.. Having said that $600 a wheel for motorcycle wheels is cheap.
I don't have a problem dumping money into my bike or spending it all. RW is most likely the top dog in wheels. But you can't tell me $600 plus a wheel is cheap. Seriously? Have you looked at some of the other Fat spoke wheels out there? **** like, Fat King, Ultima, Tarazon, I don't think you realize how many shitty wheels are on the market under $400, you can buy set of F/R cheap *** wheels for $600.
My bitch isn't so much the wheel, it's shitty customer service and failing to honor the warranty. Like I said, lesson learned and just passing it on.

Thanks for the heads up. I was trying to decide which handlebars I wanted for my softail slim, this helped make my decision, DNA Monster apes were on my short list, but they just got bumped off in favor of Todds Cycle strip bars. Your bike is a beauty!
todds are great i have them on my fatty you wont be unhappy in the least
i did a 21 inch dna on the front of my fat boy last spring.. havnt had a issue yet.. i didnt get fat spoke just a reg 60 spoke
I've had the opposite experience, this is the 4th bike I've had DNA wheels on (and had a DNA springer on another) without issues. They stayed true, looked good and didn't rust/pit

completely different story, every company had issues, how they address them is what defines them as a company
