There's a reason they get reported to the BBB, my experience with them and my wheels (also the chrome pully) was absolutely horrendous. They continuously blew me off, ignored my emails, rude on the phone and downright ignored the warranty. I'm spreading the word and the word of others via the BBB page linked below. Before you shell out your hard-earned cash on these cheap *** chrome wheels, do a little research. I certainly wish I had, because I would've gone with Ride Wrights. Just be warned, I wish I was. This is less then a year.
Lol, not at all. These wheels were also ceramic coated before they were installed. Only time they got wet was a brief downpour in Maine on a road trip last August. After I wash my bike, I always use a blower/dryer and make sure it's 100% dry. When I'm done, I'll take her for a quick ride and then wipe the wheels and WWW's down I'm seriously OCD about keeping my bike clean and detailed. My OEM wheels of 17 years look better then these do. I'm going back this when I drop off the bike for new tires this Spring. This is how she looks, 99.9% of the time, and I ride her, a lot. I just want to put the word out to my fellow riders to be cautious.

Sucky deal, but hope you get something out of the effort.
Thanks for the heads up. I was trying to decide which handlebars I wanted for my softail slim, this helped make my decision, DNA Monster apes were on my short list, but they just got bumped off in favor of Todds Cycle strip bars. Your bike is a beauty!
Sorry to hear bro what a bunch of sh@tty customer service. Ill make sure they never get one red cent of my money. I wont support companies that screw over their customers. Any company can have a bad lot or something that slips out that isnt right but they need to own it and make it right.
thanks for posting bike looks amazing with stock wheels anyway.

Good lookin' ride...sucks about the wheels. Ride Wright has a good reputation.
I replaced a set of 80 spoke fat spokes on my Heritage about 3 years ago. Broken spokes on the rear wheel and the chrome was flaking on the hoops. I'm not sure who made them, they were on the bike when I bought it.
