Well had my first screw up. Pulling the bearing out of the left side casing I dropped the casing as I was pulling it out of the press. Bent the hell out of the cylinder stud. So now we get to pull the studs and replace all with fueling studs.

Take it to work and blow it out. Then bring it home an dip it in the clean tank. All threads chased. All mating surfaces cleaned. Took a lot of work but believe in the long run it will be worth it.

Thanks to this new job things are working out very well. Work a fifty hour work week and no weekends. Every other friday I have off paid at that. Very sweet gig for a welder. Navsea certified so you know it pays really good. Tig on aluminum high tech cabinets mostly for DDG"S. Burke Class. I served four years on the Arleigh Burke so I give 100 % . Gives me time to work on the bike and enough money to build her right. Notice parts are not made in China or some other foreign country. Yes buying American cost up the rear end but that is how I plan on building. No foreign parts allowed. Saving all receipts and going to post in respective areas on bike where American parts are used. Screw Harley and their business practices

Got her done. Yes bearings were toast after 100. thousand miles. 2007 and beyond twin cam balancer is different from 2006 and below. If your looking into doing this job let me known. Just PM me. If your looking into cams and compression bull follow the crowd. You want a strong bottom end that will support a build follow me on my journey.
