Torque please
Hand tight....SNUG....too many stories about people using a torque wrench ( maybe uncalibrated ) and striping threads.
I ALLWAYS tighten mine without the use of a torque wrench , even thought I own quality tools .
So far no leaks

I agree there is no reason to torque them, because they are not a critical fastener.... but if you want to know, most years are 84-120 INCH pounds...
I do use my torque wrench, but at the middle of the range. I set my torque wrench to 100 inch pounds. I then tighten/snug them by hand, and then torque them, both in the proper order. 100 inch pounds isn't really much more than snugged up by hand....
I use a quality (CDI) torque wrench and clean the bolts/holes well before reassembly. I use a thread chaser on the holes, and thread chaser/ wire wheel on bolts...
I also use ARP SS fasteners, so they are installed with blue loctite to avoid galvanic corrosion...
Good luck with your repair...
