I’m trying to find a tombstone tail light that’s doesn’t have the license plate bracket that will bolt up to a springer. Found one but it’ll the bolts don’t line up. Any help would be appreciated.
I've not found one off the shelf without needing some modification. Also, they usually don't completely cover the OEM detent from the factory light. Not a problem if you have a custom rear fender.
I don’t know if it will fit your bike ( I had to fab a small bracket to fit it to the fender), but the 2008 SE Road King has a tombstone without a license bracket. I got mine directly from Harley. Here it is on a Fatboy with a Softail Convertible fender.

looking at Ronnie’s, that tail light just might work. Fender for that road king looks similar including the mounting area.
