I have the wide tripper and I really like the look but its just not comfortable to me. I even spent more to ship the seat to mean city cycles to get double memory foam put in to maintain the look, and while it did help a bit still hurts after about a hour in the saddle. I'm going to have to get something different unfortunately. Anyone have any recommendations? I'm 5'11" about 250 lbs. Pics would be appreciated. Really want the bike to still look good 😂!
I like the wide touring with driver backrest on my Softail Custom. It's not as sleek looking as the Tripper, but it has a nice thick pad on it. The backrest is to die for. I can spend all day on that thing.
I tried a saddlemen solo, sent it right back. I had an HD Sundowner on my slim, it's really comfortable but it looks like a couch. I've since got a Corbin Gunfighter, it looks great, fits me really nice, but I got it in November so I haven't put a single mile on it yet. I plan to post a review on it after we get riding around here again.
