I do plan on running it until something rears it's ugly head that interrupts any riding time. I was just shocked that it started so quickly when cold (first time since I've owned it).

 

Well, I just couldn't handle it, so I tore into the tank tonight. Didn't find anything obvious until I put some pressure on the check valve tube and found it wouldn't hold pressure. Put the tube under water and low and behold, a tiny hole that I couldn't see until submerged. Will put it all together tomorrow and see if it's fixed. Thanks to everyone for all the suggestions.
