Default 02 Fatboy front fender mount bolts

Hey all stupid question. This winter tore my bike apart to make changes to color and a few other things. Now that it's warm enough to ride I just finished putting it back together, well almost. Seems I misplaced my front fender mounting bolts. Any one know what size bolts that fit? I know they are hex socket cap bolts. Just not what size and length.

TIA for any help.

Per the hardware list in my parts manual:

(4) #3485A Screws - 5/16-18 x 1 3/4" Knurled Socket head (grade 8)

(4) #7531 nut - 5/16-18 x 9/32" x 1/2 hex Flange lock nut

Yes perfect help. Exact size needed. Wish the repair manual covered those parts. I hate asking stupid questions like that.

Thanks, but it's nothing really....

I frequently have the gift of time on my hands (I'm retired). I love working on/maintaining my 3 HD bikes, I read this forum for info/entertainment, and if I have the information or what I believe to be a qualified opinion, I try to take the time to share it with others... I've learned a lot from this forum and a couple others...

You would think they would, but they chose to put the "Hardware List" as an addendum to the parts catalog, instead of the Service Manual.....

FWIW....

I always buy a Service Manual, Parts Manual, and Electronic Diagnostic Manual for each bike I own... and I never get rid of them. I have several old ones on my shop shelf just for reference...

I use the Service Manual the most.. I wouldn't work on a bike without one...

I use the parts Manual to supplement the Service Manual. The exploded diagrams in the parts manual help me a lot, as I'm a visual person. Also, when looking for a part online, or going to the local Dealer's parts counter, I'm not at the mercy of the experience/knowledge of the "guy" behind the parts counter... some are good, some are absolute idiots... I know the part I need in both circumstances, and just ask for it by part number..... Keeps it simple AND accurate...

I use the Electronic Diagnostic Manual the least... I hate dealing with electrical stuff, but in the few instances when I need the Electronic Diagnostic Manual, it's worth its weight in gold....!
