Hello out there. I've been trying to search the threads for info and probably not doing it correctly.
I Have found 2 vendors that sell fairing mounts to attach the Road Glide fairing to both softails and dyna's. Only thing is they are both out of stock and no idea when they are going to get more.
Do you or anyone you know of have one of these on their Softail? If so could I get some pictures of how the mount attaches to the frame? I'll have to build them but have not been able to figure out how they secure it to the Softail frame.
Thanks in advance. This is my first softail.
I've had 82 Roadster, and 85 FXRS, and a 2003 FLHR that was totaled.
Picking up a 2014 FLSTC on Saturday. Can't wait..
Somewhere on this forum, there's an 03 Night Train with hard bags and an RG fairing.
I'm sure he has the info.
I would put a Batwing on a Heritage. Not sure about an RG fairing.
The Batwing can be easily removed. That way you could switch to
the windshield (or nothing)

I found the threads with the Night Train and the road Glide fairing. Thanks for the help. I have no idea why it didn't come up when I was searching. I'm sure it's all operator error .
First thanks for the opportunity to question the real adventure guys out here. I have 08 Heritage Softail classic and I want to add the sharknose fairing on it ,but in my area no fabrication places available. Does anyone know where and how much the bracket kit can purchased or if anyone has one they've removed and wanna sell ? Would really appreciate and responses . Thanks for any help . First post on the forum hope I followed the terms for posting .
