2017 Heritage Engine Vibration

I own a 2017 Heritage that I bought new in 2017.. Recently (in the last year) the engine has started to noticeably vibrate causing both my hands and feet to tingle and fall asleep. You can feel the vibration as soon as you start the bike. When you are riding it is there all of the time. It will go away if you pull in the clutch and coast which seems to rule out any type of wheel bearing problems. I have taken it to 2 dealers and they said it is normal - which it is not!! I have checked all the motor mounts (nothing loose). I have gone as far as replacing the Screaming Eagle compensator with a Baker unit but that did not help. I'm thinking that possibly there is an issue with either the crank or the counter balancing unit. Any advice on this issue would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing you should do is ride another M8 Softail and compare.

So if you are sitting still in neutral idling/vibrating, and you engage the clutch the vibration goes away?

Check where an exhaust bracket attaches to the frame. It could be cracked and reverberating off the frame causing vibration.
Happened on my Electra glide on the crossover pipe.
