Just want to say how pleased Iam with the customer service at Easy Brackets. I am using their kit specific tofit Dad's07 Custom. Since the stock seat is so wide, the saddlebags arerubbing any way I try to position them.I bought some 3/8" chrome spacers to bring the posts and bags out further to clear the seat, but could not come up with longer bolts at any hardware store around here. One call to Easy Brackets explaining the situation, and they offered to send me a set of longer bolts free of charge. I must say it has been a long time since I have seen customer service this good. Thought they deserved some credit.
I second their Support too. I lost one of the mounting posts on a Honda Shadow ACE I had them installed on and they sent me a replacement free of charge without any hassle at all.
I don't however have them on my Harley but for different reasons.
Wow sounds like you guys work for them when I called them for some support about a year ago they were the worst people I ever dealt with so bad I filed a complaint with the better business people. The smart *** girl who answers the phone even swear at me she was a real looser. I had called to ask a question and ask for a tech after about two minutes it was obvious that this clown had never installed a set of brackets in his life after a few questions he became very upset because he could not answer them he hung up when I called back the next day the girl who answered the phone was even worst. After that I called numerous times asking for the owner and she kept screening my calls and would not let me talk to him. I filled my report with better business and the wrote back with only lies. I would never deal with them so either you were lucky or you work for them because they could not have made a complete turn around with the people who were there
Definately don't work for them. Actually, this is the second time I have contacted them and had success. When I called them with fitment questions for the 07 Custom about a month ago, had no trouble getting to speak with someone knowledgeable about the product. Both times I called the number on their website the person who answered was the guy who knows the products. Maybe I was lucky. After being screwed by other online vendors in the past,I just felt compelled to give credit for the service I got this time around.

That sounds like my experience with the Ghost Brackets people... I would never buy Ghost Brackets or recommend them to anyone again. They double-chraged my credit card, and then after months of calling them, and them promising to refund me, then ignoring me, etc... I finally got the charge reversed by my CC company.
"Which bolt do the Easy Brackets Replace? (I have the HD Backrest on my Springer Classic)"
The front two bolts on the fender strut, right behind the seat are replaced with longer bolts that go through their mounting posts for the 07 Custom. This puts the brackets at a slight downward angle on the bike, so the bags have to be leveled out manually. I like the system, except thatwide seat on the Custom rubs the bags with existing system. Just needed to bringthose posts out more to clear the seat.
I have to ditto the positive comments.2 yrs ago Icalled to ask questions about adapting my Heritage to converting to EBs. The guy who asnswered the phone was awesome. Got me the right product codes and explained how to install. An awesome product that looks great when the bags are either on or off the scoot.................and kudos to the hardware quality!
