I have had Easy Brackets on my last two Bikes including my current one. Last week I took the bike outside to wash it and when I went remove the Saddlebags I noticed that one of the locks was broke. The whole cylinder popped out somewhere on the road sometime. Well I ended up calling customer service to find out about buying two new locks to replace the current one's, and they asked my how old they were, I told them a little over 2 years. Then they asked me what the number on the key was that they had a bad batch of locks from there supplier, I told them what number was on the key and it ended up being one of the lock sets that was in the bad batch. They told me they would send a set of new locks out this week free of charge. and I ended up receiving them today. So I can't say anything bad about them cause there really isn't anything bad about them. The Brackets work fine.

Pretty pleased with the Edge brackets.... holding my hard bags on with no problems all year. My hard bags are packed heavy at all times. The Edge brackets have no problem with this at all.

I'm sure they are great , but you could just invert longer bolts and use cap bolts to atatch the bags, which can then be removed easily (20 seconds per side) when you want them off. Check out my thread from 2009 https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...ml#post5059262

If you still have collecting dust, do you want to sell them?
