I am not sure which sub-forum to post in so I decided since there are Softail springers this would be my best shot.
I put a springer front end on a sportster and it is working out great. My question/concern is that there are just two bolts (red circles below), one attached to the caliper mount and one to the springer down fork and they take a lot of lateral force during braking. Do they need to be replaced after some amount of time or mileage?
