Problem with eaglelights load equalizer / run brake turn module

Hello guys,
I just ordered the pack of the load equalizer and the run/brake/turn module.
First the equalizer is not supposed to produce any heat,…..well it produces a lot of heat.
Second I was playing with the 2 modules as it was not working, until I realized that the 2 modules are the same ones despite different packaging.
What to think ….

I contacted customer service via email. Very responsive.
Bob apologized as it seems a mistake happened.
I should receive the module in 2 to 3 days
