Yeah, that's where I'll have to wait and see what arrives on the bottom of the seat. The photos I have show the two bolts as being wider than what the T-bar is. I think the bar that came with the kit is only 10 1/2 inches or so. My seat bolts show a little over 12 inches in the photos I saw from the seller. Also, mine only has one hole in the T-bar in the same spot where yours bolts to the seat. We'll see once it arrives, and I'll take pics.
So, where did you mount the grounds? I initially had them all going to the top of the oil can. But the battery didn't have a good enough ground, so I moved it to the bolt that comes out of the rear of the frame in that area. It has a rubber grommet, but the bolt goes right into the frame so it has a direct ground to the frame this way. The other grounds are still on the oil tank but seem to be working fine. Thoughts?
I used that same bolt from the rear of the backbone as well as the two bolts going into the oil can. The main ground goes from battery
to the backbone and I have a copper ground strap going from the battery to one of the oil can bolts too. I've had to split up my ground
points since I have so many accessories (shotgun shock controls, Nautilus air horn, Wards Werks fans, battery tender, etc).

So for full transparency, I eventually replaced the T-bar that came with the V-Twin kit. It just seemed a bit flimsy
to me. I replaced it with a really thick bar but I don't remember what the application was or where I purchased it.
I'll have to dig up that info.....

I had one of those in my 95 Springer Classic and loved it.
Yep! And giving credit where due - I saw IronAss's bike & loved it too! So I contacted him
and got the basic info. This was back when he lived in the Phoenix/Scottsdale (?) or was it
Prescott Valley area? Here's a pic, not with the buddy seat though....
DHL showed up at my doorstep to deliver my new seat. I was so happy! I wondered how well it was packaged since I ordered it off of the 'bay from a vendor in New Delhi. Yep. India.....
At first, I thought they just wrapped it in packing tape! LoL.
turns out there was a little bit of packing inside all that brown tape!
To be fair, I got it at a steep discount. And, I really do like the color on the bike. I think it breaks up the black leather. I know some folks don't like tan and black accessories but it doesn't give me any heartburn. I just plopped it on the OEM seat to ge a feel for what it would look like.
I was pretty sure I'd need to make another crossbar as this seat had wider bolt holes than the OEM. Although, not by much. No biggie.
When I went to put the seat on the T-bar, the area between the front mount and where the T-bar crosses is much too low. To use this seat I'd have about three inches of spacers between the T-bar and the seat. I don't want that at all!
I'm not sure what this pan is from, but it wasn't designed to fit this T-bar!
Now, for what I got this seat for, I feel it was worth the try. Besides, I might use it somewhere else down the road. I like the seat. It's not Corbin Gentry quality, but neither am I.
I'll be looking for another seat, perhaps a H-D one in black since they don't offer a tan one.
All this leads me to ask folks like @IronAss or @WKNDS which seat they used and if they needed to add any shims to the rear bolts so everything would clear. Any info will make for a more informative thread, which in turn could help someone else down the road.
I like the shape and feel of the OEM seat but I've been thinking of having it covered in brown leather (I do prefer brown as my riding leathers show). I would have to come up with some brown leather saddlebags though. They would HAVE to match.
