Even if it’s just the one minor dent on the frame and steering head is not bent, it will be very different to get insurance after repairs. No insurance company wants to accept liability of covering bike with bent frame.

. Good time to make a derake chopper out of it. Even if the backbone is bent. You would be cutting the frame anyway and a new front end is easy to come across. Gotta do the work yourself. At least that's what i would do with it.
