thanks so much for all the response...while this thread is still warm..does anyone have the torque spec for transmission drain plug? 05 standard fxst...im assuming its gonna be inch lbs...im not good with rubber oring torques..i have a heavy hand and my feel for them always seems like to much...lol..wish these has brass washers

The Harley standard oil drain plugs, #60328-98B, with the #11105 o-rings, have a torque spec of 14 - 21 ft lbs (19.0 - 28.5 Nm).
The early drain plugs (like on my '03 Heritage primary drain) #739A, that are just pipe plugs with no shoulder and no o-ring, have a depth spec. That spec is to tighten it until it projects .160"-.180" from the bottom of the case.
