Another option
Years ago, a buddy of mine bought an 04 Heritage. He had always had footpegs. Never liked the foot boards.
He wound up putting fwd controls on it. Increased his lean angle considerably. Plus, he was more comfortable
He bought a used set off ebay. Wound up selling the foot boards etc and making money on the deal.
