Help, engine keeps stalling while riding
Ok so it's definitely an ignition problem. Waited until it stalled, kept the bike on, pulled a plug and held it against the engine. Nothing. Flipped the ignition off and on and she had spark again. I replaced the ignition switch and ignition coils. Still not working. My next idea is the tssm, but i don't want to spend that much money on a guess or buy a used one and risk getting a faulty one. Anyone have any last suggestions or cheaper guesses?
Sorry it took so long to reply. Been a busy couple weeks. I appreciate all the help though.

The bank angle sensor is inside the tssm. Pretty sure i figured out that's not the issue. When she stalls rolling down the road i can still crank the engine. No spark until the ignition is flipped but she'll still crank. I currently have the tssm out, and while she was running i tipped it over to simulate the bike laying down. She shut off like she was supposed to and she wouldn't crank until the ignition was flipped. So as far as i can tell it's not the bank angle sensor inside the tssm.
My 2000FLSTC showed similar signs regarding shutting down at no specific time or speed.....highway or driveway didnt matter. New plugs and wires, new coil.....no change. That went on for months until she stalled for the last time in the driveway but got me home.
Purchased a Lister inline spark tester and found no spark at all. Went to YOUTUBE and read that the crank position sensor could be the problem. 20 minute install and she has been perfect riding all winter.
Good Luck
