"Engine Idle Temperature Management System" download offered by Harley Davidson. To help reduce some of the heat on the TC96 engines by shutting off the rear cylinder during extended idle.

or it could be Electrospray Ionization Tandem Mass Spectrometry ...but I don't think so in this case.

I did, but it only shuts the rear cylinder off after it reaches a certain operating temperature and the bike is not moving - ie stopped in traffic. So as far as I'm concerned, it didn't do much good.
