i forgot i still had the sound clip i had of the V&H pipes i had on the bike when i got her. i'm sorry i thought they were slip-ons but they weren't. they were however full pipes w/ a muffler.all one piece. same as their slip-on imo.

From my experience, the slip ons sounds exactly like the full set ups.

From my experience, the slip ons sounds exactly like the full set ups.
yeah they do. with the V&H baffles in them. they sound the same. i only changed them b/c i don't likemy pipes staggered that much. they might be too loud for his liking.

I just took off Screaming Eagles slips-ons and put on V&H 2X1 Pro. The Screaming Eagles sounded good and don't have to invest a lot. You can get some great deals on eBay. I only changed because I am having a stage 2 upgrade done this week.

I ride a 2002 Heritage

He went with Harleywood's mufflers.............he liked the idea of the smaller baffle being a bit more quiet.

They'll be here Friday, so he'll be installing them this weekend.

i have a set of vance and hines longshots,the complete system in excellent shape,came off a 05 fatboy.200.00,reason for sale,i got v&h shortshot staggards,going for more of a hotrod look for my fatty.
