Thanks, give me some, maybe a day. I'm pretty sure I have all that hardware somewhere; I can get you sizes. I did swap everything to Allen Heads as well. IDK if you have a passenger or not but they make a rack for that Tour Pack that turns it into a Solo, works well as a backrest.

So, I dug through some of my Hardware bags. Looking at your pictures, starting from left to right.

The Front Saddlebag stud that's also used for the Quick Release Bushing should be. 3/8-16 x 1.75" at 2 each.
I also used a conical washer as a dress up for all of them.

The hole in the middle is indeed the #3 bolt shown in the kit. 3/8-16 x 7/8" a 2 each.

The last hole on the far right is same as the front one. 3/8-16 x 1.75" at 2 each.

With this hardware you should be able to eliminate the long saddlebag studs, and keep your quick release
bushings, so that you can run your Tour Pack. Hope this helps.
