I don’t have anything to pull codes, and 60 miles to closest HD shop. Should be able to try the one from the 04 Fat Boy. The crank sensors should be the same on those bikes.

try swapping the plug wires from the fatboy....one thing at a time inorder to narrow it down ...since you swapped coils ...
have you checked for any bad fuses ..??

I checked with a spark tester that clamps to head, no spark from coil. Checked all fuses under seat, all good. One thing I noticed the head light is not on and it shows high beam on high or low beam on switch.
On a phone, least my old 4G android, it wants to enter a bunch of returns at bottom. When you try to save it, it says or refers to it as too big.
If so, just touch at bottom on a phone and keep hitting back arrow till cursor is at last line and then save.
When you do the jpeg bike picture, mine always says failed to save when it actually does. Now if your device that makes the picture is set for poster board size pictures, it won't save that.

Thanks to all, got the bike going, it was the crank sensor. Switched out the one from the 04 and fired right up. Now got to order new one to replace the 04 and get it back together.
