Bearing noise?

It doesn't sound good to me...
Did that noise just recently start? Any recent service, repair, or mods?
If you are sure it's from the primary, time to open it up and do an inspection....

Is it definitely coming from the primary area? Or is it possible it's coming from the cam chest..?
As @hattitude says.. Pull the center cover of of the primary and make sure it has fluid at the same time you could check if the chain is to tight..
