2002 harley fat boy
I have asked this question before but I didn't get any real answers so here it goes again. I have a 2002 harley fatboy with carburetor and stock air filter. It also has short shots mufflers from Vance and Hines with the quiet baffles in the mufflers. My question is how many turns out from lightly seated should my tuning screw be turned out? ( the one that you have to drill out the plug to get to )
Sorry if this sounds harsh.... but I just reviewed your other threads..
You received numerous "real" answers to your question. They just weren't what you apparently wanted to hear.
If you read those answers again, you will realize that no one can say "turn it x many times" and be giving you good, accurate information for your bike with your mods.
Every bike is different, in OEM trim or with the same mods. You added an exhaust. A short exhaust too, which can be hard to tune. There is a "process" to tuning a CV40 carb and it's not hard... You have to start with a clean carb, with good serviceable parts. You start with the mixture screw, then let how the bike runs tell you what to do next. Eventually (after any needle & jet changes), you need to finish off the tuning process with tuning the mixture screw, again.
I suggest you re-read the following posts you have already made on this topic. The answer is in all of them, but it is something you need to figure out yourself with the various processes and suggestions made.

You are getting good information. You should be able to figure it out and get that carb running well.
If you choose to ignore the info already given, then we can't help you, however many times or different ways you ask the question. You will need to take it to a professional who understands the process....
I hope you get it tuned, whichever path you choose...

IIRC, Gerald is also from 'up there' in BC as well. Perhaps you might contact him and let him tune your
bike. He has a dyno too.....
good luck,
