I carry 2 new plugs and tools. It's surprising the things that pop up,and you could fix if you just had a simple tool,like a torx driver or a 1/2" wrench.The battery cable bolts on my heritage are 10mm by the way.Hope this helps.

Always. Along with an extra tail light bulb...yes, I know I can take a bulb from my front turn signal to replace the tail light.. but then I would need a new turn signal bulb... right??

I always carry tools and 2 spare spark plugs and a tire repair kit. You never know when you're going to need them. I just returned from a 1500 mile trip, one of my fellow riders had his voltage regulator actually fall off it's mount. It was just hanging on by the wires. A trip to the nearest auto parts store for a couple of 1/4 x 20 allen head bolts and washers and we were on our way again.
