Default Bleeding Brakes

Do the pre-m8 tc softails with abs need to go to the dealership to bleed brakes? In particular, 2016-17 softails. Something about hooking up to computer to cycle the system.

Looks like I need a twin tec to do the job properly. For that cost I may as well take it to the dealer.
