no key and no key fob
i was in process of changing out the ignition key when i realized i ordered one way too small
i put the broken one that worked back in
now i turn it on and get nothing no lights no power to the Speedo, atleast none i can see
but when i hit the high beam button it lights up with the miles on the bike and thats all i got happening
it has a brand new battery in it and every thing check out good but can [can't?] turn it on
anybody know what is happening to the bike??
Please help
I took the liberty of editing a bit
It may make it easier for others to read/understand /help
I really have no help, just the obvious
if the old one worked when before you took it out, and doesn't after putting it back in..
I'd check pins on connectors to confirm none are bent or wires loose
and confirm I re-installed correctly
