Default RE: 05' Springer Classic

End Result!!! After our tightening and adjusting we thought we fixed the problem but only for a few short miles. Took the bike back to HD raised hell and let them know that something wasn't right. They checked the neck adjustment, claimed it was "perfect". I kept pushing because it wasn't, they balanced the wheel and said it was "perfect". After arguing for a few hours, they finally got the manager involved & after having my bikes front end completely tore off they found that the lower rocker bushing was extremely worn & he also stated that the steering neck adjustment was done improperly at the 20K service which caused some wear which threw everything else out of whack causing my problems. They are fixing everything no cost and finally I can rest assure knowing that I knew that my bike wasn't right and it is worth the argument to not allow somebody tell you something is right when it isn't. Only you know what your bike rides like, no two bikes ride the same...so if it ain't doing right, it just ain't doing right. Thanks for all the replies and help.
