apes on a fatboy

hello,everyone,i was hoping you guys with fatboys and running apehangers could post a pic on this thread.this is something i want to do on my 05,but the wife thinks it won't look right.also,with your post,please describe how comfortable they are to you while riding.she does'nt think there is any way possible for comfort,so maybe if she hears it from others she will be a little more receptive.thanks in advance!!!

Here is a pic of my fatboy with 16" apes. It is extremely comfortable. Will your wife be actually riding the bike, or a passenger?

passenger,only.but i got one of those wifes that does'nt always know what cool is.lol!i need other folks descriptions and pics to help me sell this particular mod that i am unsecretly plotting.i have showed her your pic,and that's the look and attitude i am going for.she needs to see that apes look good and ride good too.

sorry to jump on the thread but this is also I am looking to do, for the guys that have them how are they at highway speeds? I am thinking of adding a w/shield anyone have pics of their fatboys with windshields? tks

Is this what your looking for...I find theyre ok for long trips if ya doing 60-70 mph...looks and feels awesome but thats just my opinion...ride safe
