Just purchased a new 2022 Fat Boy. Great price low mileage. Paid less than the sticker price seen in photo. Original purchaser changed the handlebars. Not sure if I like them but $3100 from the dealership to change them back to OEM. Please feel free to post feedback on the current bars. Thanks.

No opinion on the bars but the dealer is out of their damn mind!! $3100.00!!! I though my dealer was ripping me by quoting $1500.00 to change bars on my Ultra Classic. I did it myself for just the cost of the bars.
Then do a few searches on the Youniversity of Tube and get a service manual. Also reach out to the vast majority of experience you can find on this site. You'll do the job as only you can do (which means it's done correctly), and enjoy the savings by taking a long ride and buying yourself an adult beverage. Just my .02. Lastly, post before and after pics of the new handlebars....
