Your 07 has a roller chain on the cam shafts. So, once the outer links groove in, the rollers roll and wear stops.
The tensioners are quite small and hot oil makes them get brittle. Then they could actually break. Especially if you beat on it. WOT throttle rev limiter style ridding.
If I was local, I would not worry about them. Nor would I concern myself with the drive belt unless you are hard on it by being a WOT rev limiter rider.
Usually the Chrome will wear off that rear sprocket. Then you will see a orange peal look to belt and sprockets.
What mine did. Didn't seem to hurt anything. Now I don't have anywhere near milage you have.

I don’t remember the year they increased crank runout allowances. Is this an early enough model to possibly go direct gear driven if in tolerance? Although at that mileage if it’s in tolerance, I’d consider that if I’m going in there.
