When I took the Harley rotors back the salesman was pissed and said and I quote "Well I guess you're happy, you just cut me out of a $300.00 sale buddy". I told him, "Man f*** you and this overpriced bulls*** and give me my damn money! Now when I go into that dealership he always pretends to be busy. Thanks for the ear.
I guess I'm blessed with my dealership. If I ask the parts guy a question he gives me an honest answer, about what I would like or not about an after market product vs HD. Same with the service manager. I get no b#ll sh$t from either one of them. Of course they tell me in a quite voice so the owner doesn't hear them. LOL
KC Int is not the place to get parts. Most of their stuff comes from a guy the work with in China that reproduces items for them. They play themselves off as being a manufacturer, but they are not. They are a parts shop that is wanting to play as a distributor and the only way they can do it is by ordering the cheap **** from China. I would recommend finding a different place to get your parts. They hide the poor quality of the parts they get under cheap chrome. If you don't believe me, take a look at the negatives they have written on them on eBay.
Haven't ordered that much stuff from them, but they are always on my list when shopping around. Companies that don't compete on price and reasonable delivery time are dropped off that list, on a regular basis. Never had to return anything so I can't comment on customer service. As with anything ordered on the internet, I try to be very careful and research as to whether there can be potential fitment problems involved. Luckily, I only have a few parts laying or hanging in my shop that I made mistakes on.

What a douche!!! When your feedback is over 77000 and it's still 99.3% positive who gives a **** about the cry babies that leave the negative. A lot of them probably just automatically left negative feedback without even trying to fix the situation. I have ordered plenty of stuff from them and have had no issues. There a plenty of guys on this forum that have ordered from them with no problems. Made in China? What's wrong with that? Look around you and you'll notice that most of the things are made in China. Why not? At least when things are outsourced over seas the company doesn't have to listen to any of those whining a$$ Union workers.
Gotta agree with Ghost Rider, Ive bought 3 sets of Spokes from KC int. Ive always had great experiences with them fellas. The last set was a set of Fat spokes with rotors and got them in 3 weeks. Bolted rite up and the prices were rite on. I would do business with them again, No Worries.
I bought my 21" front wheel and tire from them for my Deluxe, and the quality of the wheel is great. Only issues had was that they sent me the wrong spacers, and did not send the tube I bought at the same time. I called them and they took care of it for me. I would buy from them again without hesitation. The price was better than anyone else I looked at.
I know this is an old post, but I just wanted to give a plug for KC International. I bought a set of DNA wheels, rotors and a pulley from them including spacers and all mounting hardware. Ordered online and spoke with them on the phone before I hit submit. They seemed pretty knowledgable and shipping was within a few days of the order. Everything arrived in one piece and mounted up perfectly.
I got a killer price, nut sure if due to the year and model of my bike but much cheaper than anywhere else. I'd do business with them again.
