once it go's under power it seems to ride ok .
is there a way to put it on a diet ?
When I turn my bikes in gravel I never stop until the front wheel is pointed the direction I’m pushing or pulling next. I have figured out that sitting still the is a small hole to get out of.
Lighter wheels are the best diet. Swap to aluminum rims to shed the most weight and make it much easier to roll. A lithium battery will also save a good amount of weight up high.

You need to figure a way to turn it around before you get on the gravel and just ride thru the gravel.

Before you started selling your motorcycles, have you checked the tire air pressure recently? Low pressure can make them harder to roll, extremely low pressure can feel like the brakes are dragging, good luck.
