2015 FLS Speedometer mis-behaving
Have you checked for codes that might point you in the right direction...?
If no applicable codes, I'd first check the speed sensor on the transmission. It's #42 in the parts pic below. It's located just inboard of the transmission dip stick.
Pull it and see if it's dirty (covered with metal filings/debris). If so, clean it, reinstall it, and see if it now works.
If it's not dirty, check the wires and connector to the speed sensor closely, carefully. Check for damaged wires and or dirty, loose connector.
FWIW...
Here is a pic of a dirty speed sensor. I have actually seen one with more debris on it that was still working, but this pic will give you an idea about what you are looking for..

Sorry, but at most dealerships, the fluid changers are the bottom of the food chain....
I also seriously doubt that at some dealerships, the list of things "checked" at the various service intervals, is actually accomplished...
Cynical, yes...... but my cynicism has been well earned over the years...
