My brother-in-law gifted me his 1996 Fat Boy. My next project. If any one can tell me anything by looking at it, please do. I know the carb and exhaust are after market. I don't think the tank is stock either. Under the seat is a Dynojet module with dip switches. Yes, the front tire was low and I've already pumped it up. It runs but needs a good cleaning.
After Market: tank, mirrors, grips, levers, windshield brackets, seat, bags, missing directionals, highway lights, swing arm cover, sissy bar, rear directionals, rear foot pegs, license plate bracket, I'm sure there's more. Doesn't make it a bad thing tho!

Looks like a Memphis Shades windshield, at least the brackets do.
As far as highway lights I dont think Fat Boys came with them. At least mine didnt when I bought it new in 2002.

That is my understanding also. They came with turn signals mounted under the grips below the mirrors. No highway lights.
True. My turn signals were in the location you mention. Relocated them to the side of the forks many years ago. Then when I put a detachable windshield on I put them on a bar below the headlight.
