I have the silhouette solo on a Heritage, looks great. I can take about 100-150 miles before it starts to gettoo uncomfortable. Great for local rides, but for the road trips the Mustang touring seat gets put on.

Bare Bones Solo w/ gel. Great for local riding but I put the stock seat back for long distance riding.

Hey i have a Bare Bones Solo (re-covered) without gel and it's as hard as nails... BUT... it's exactly what i expected! Just take a look at how thin it is. I'm not quite sure why people think these seats are gonna be like sitting in a lounge chair. It's the seat i wanted, it's the look i wanted and it's exactly what i got.

I run my Bare Bones Solo for the look only. It is not a touring seat. Day trips are about all I can take.

I have the BareBones Solo w/gel on my 07 FatBoy and asothers say, it looks good but I can only do 100-150 miles on it. The best thing for me is that it sits me down and back which is good for my long legs
