Try to do a search for "How to: adjust Softail rear shock preload" on google. This guy tries to reiterate what was on Fatbill's website. RIP Fatbill... I tried to post the link here, but because it's on a competing site it won't let me.

Thanks for the PDF. It helped me too. For some reason my genuine Harley Service Manual doesn't have this information. I have the one for the 2010 Softail. Not sure why. It just describes what to do, but doesn't give any tables that some have referred to.
